Magnetic Ring for 50 ml Tubes

The magnetic ring for 50 ml tubes with additional stand as alternative for magnetic racks. A small but strong neodymium (N52) magnet within the ring catches magnetic beads. To precipitate all magnetic beads in a 50 ml tube, it is required to perform the catching phase on a roller mixer for around 15 to 30 min. Since the tube is still mobile with the magnetic ring, the supernatant can be easily decanted with the magnetic beads still captured.
