What we offer

We offer a wide range of different methods in biochemistry, molecular biology and cell biology, which we are happy to introduce you to, including:

  • Protein engineering

  • Molecular cloning (Gibson assembly)

  • Protein biochemistry (SDS-PAGE, WB, etc.)

  • Flow cytometry

  • Cell culture (mammalian)

  • Virus-based transduction of cells (S2)

  • Activity assays (ELISA, AP-assays, fluorogenic peptide substrate assays, etc.)

  • qRT-PCR

  • Fluorescence microscopy

Available topics

Due to the continuous process in our projects, it is difficult to determine specific projects with open positions in advance. It will generally be part of our overall research focus: proteolysis in the inflammatory process.
