Interactome

To better understand the function, regulation, dynamics and assembly of the iRhom-ADAM17 complex, we investigate the interactome of iRhom2 by mass spectrometry. Through this proteomics approach, we have already identified several new binding partners, which are involved in vesicle fusion and thus in intracellular transport [1].
